Earlier this fall, PEAT, funded by the Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP) released the AI & Inclusive Hiring Framework, a resource that offers employers practices they can voluntarily adopt to help them consider disability inclusion and accessibility in their artificial intelligence (AI)-powered hiring efforts.
During this webinar, members of ODEP and PEAT will share details about the Framework and explore together with NILG members how your organization can begin using the tool to open the virtual door for job seekers with and without disabilities.
